Glassware and garnish guide
Choose a cold glass, leave room for foam, and keep the garnish simple.
Coupe
A coupe provides enough surface area for a visible foam cap and is easy to drink from.
Nick and Nora
A smaller, straighter glass helps the drink stay cold and suits a slightly smaller serve.
Martini glass
The classic silhouette works, but the wide rim spills more easily.
Garnish
Three coffee beans are traditional but optional. Cocoa or citrus oils can work; use them lightly so aroma does not overwhelm the coffee.
